website redesign and PHP programming - repost

this project is a good combination of webdesign and programming . the website is [login to view URL] based on the script : [login to view URL] you can login to their admin and check t out . - we have added a survey will need some minor fixing from admin to show results to users - i have attached 3 screenshots , we will choose the winner according to the best MOCKUP and ideas they provide . - has to have PHP knowledge to integrate some ads now with the deals listed n the site . they are called AFFILATES , when you login to demo admin you will see , we need to add around 10 more affiliates to the results so they will add toour existing results . in addition to [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . we also want to add Dubai based AFFiliates like [login to view URL] etc - once you have knowledge of the script , we will have to review that there are no errors in the script and everything working smoothly . and all the links contain our AFF ID that is the only way we get paid ... - so please follow the attachment i wrote my points there not to forget anything writing these points here . PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN FOR THOSE WHO ACTUALLY READ THE ATTACHMENTS , PROVIDE MOCKUP THAT WE LIKE AND PROVIDE A REASONABLE BID AMOUNT - All the deals including Ticket liquidator and isango etc will be displayed within other deals , and user can filter deals, tickets , etc , we moved the original script so you cannot see the frames loading on left and right of the page .. but we have a backup on another host ..
