1. We want to upgrade our website to include a high end message board/forum online community. We would like the site re-designed so that the all of the existing functions are integrated into the new look. We want it to look “live”, attractive, and professional. 2. We want the ability to send a newsletter to all members. 3. We want to set up E-Commerce capabilities. We want the memberships to be paid for by credit card, check, etc. We can use CCBill or another provider. 4. Enable multi-lingual translation of the website in 4 different languages represented by flags. Spanish, German, French, and Japanese.
