Seeking Joomla CMS Expert !!!

Seeking a true cms developer to intergrate my new template that was just designed with a backend using joomla or mambo... joomla i think might be better but open to your advise.. I would need this done as sooooooooon as possible within the next few days.. I will keep things super easy for you since i am a web design project manager my self but i need some talent to get this done.. i already have a installed version of joomla i have been playing with so we can use that.. Main things i need extremely urgently is the MAIN PAGE of my template working.. in two lanauges.. other things will be discussed, we can also do gaf hourly.. you let me know what works best for you.. this is for a non profit orginization so please go easy on me but i will use you for other projects as well which can pay much better. many projects in the works.. you will need to show me samples of your joomla samples you have created.. i do not one someone who will still be reading the books or help files while doing this..no time for that.. lets talk!!!!! as mentioned template and design is already created in html.. your job is to make it work with the backend db!!!
