I am looking for bids at $500 and wish to only deal with individual developers (no agents/companies please) Developing an application which can allow visitors to a website build a list. Only need to create a new Yii application using latest version of Yii, design UI, layout, ajax page content using bootstrap and no need to create backend queries which generate the data selections. Appearance is VERY important and must look attractive, logical, easy to understand and very user friendly. Need to be good at UX design. Developer needs to try to understand what the application will be used for and how best to allow the user to select data on front end. Need to suggest ideas and improvise with creative thought. I don't need you to follow instructions, I need you bring this app to life! Must be developed 100% responsive i.e application must work on all major browsers and optimizes itself for tablets and mobile phones.
