M657-Php function that will allow to crop an image

You will have to make a php function that will allow to crop an image. You will use a configuration file (application / config / [login to view URL]) where we will find: -The width and height of the resulting image in pixels. -The location where the resulting image will be saved. -The output file format (jpg or png) -The compression ratio or anything that the format need to be set. What we want to do: -On the image, a frame will appear of the dimension (width / height) specified in the configuration file. -With the mouse, we should be able to enlarge or to shrink the frame that will always keep the same ratio (width / height) as defined in the configuration file. We should also be able to move the frame on the image. -Finally, a button (Apply Changes) should allow to crop the image and to generate a new one with the resolution already defined in the configuration file by the height and width. -Then, this picture will be saved in a location according to the configuration file.
