National Workwear e-commerce website

Hi guys, Let me start with an admission. We have a crap website ! We provide uniforms to national franchise groups in Australia, but have recently opened a retail store in Queensland. The store's turnover has grown throughout the GFC and we are receiving requests for quotes on uniforms from far and wide. However, the website which was designed as an information page for the franchises is now very outdated. We do not wish to invest in "Bricks & Mortar" and open more stores, consequently the website now needs to be able to sell our products and services online. We sell uniforms, workwear, boots, and safety products, as well as providing embroidery and screen printing services. We would also like to be able to offer our customers a loyalty reward program. We have a local webmaster, who we have look after our websites at present, in terms of maintaining and updating the minor content within the website. We would probably like to maintain that service if that is possible, as he is local and not expensive. We look forward to your ideas, and approximate costing on the new e-commerce website.
