Make Many Small Websites - Income Based on Ad Revenue

Hello everyone! I am in need of a web designer. You must be able to work with PHP and SQL to bring useful functionality to web sites. You will also need at least moderate design skills, as you will be designing the sites based on my descriptions. The payment system that I'm going to be using is a bit untraditional, and will require a small amount of trust from both parties. Trust from you that I will send the payments, and trust from me that you will not steal my ideas. You will be making money from the ad revenue and premium service purchases that come from these sites. We will split everything 50/50. If you do an amazing job, or if you do many sites for me, I am definitely willing to increase this percentage drastically. You will need to purchase the domain and host it on your own server in order to protect yourself. I will need access to the cPanel, one FTP account, and also one phpMyAdmin account for each website. You will be paid monthly from all the revenue generated from the site(s). This is a GREAT way to generate life-time residual income. I already have 2 other web developers doing this for me, and they love it. Now, due to Freelancer standards, I must pay something through Freelancer's system for this project. We will discuss this in more detail when you PM me. The sites you will be making are not really all from the same category. There will be some social-type sites, some game-type sites, and more. You need to be able to develop whatever I throw at you. They won't be very large or complicated sites, however.
