Job Board/Portal

Project: Job Board/Portal Description: I am seeking a unique and gifted programmer/web designer that has experience in building a high-end job board that will allow employers to post jobs and jobseekers to create profiles and resumes via the site. The main feature of the site (frontend) is that jobseekers can search/filter all jobs by WHAT (job type, keyword, employer) or WHERE (city, town, province/state). The job board must also have the function to transfer between languages. Requirements for EMPLOYERS: For Employers, they will require the need to create a simple account where they can upload job posting(s) (employment opportunities). Employer accounts will also require the ability to upload a company logo, employer information, view stats (viewers and applications to jobs) for each posting. Employer also needs the ability to search and organize resumes uploaded by jobseekers based on keywords i.e. skills, location, talents etc. Requirements for JOBSEEKERS: Jobseekers require a very simple registration feature where they create a profile, provide their name, email address, location (address), and other details. They should also have the option to create as many as 20 keywords relating to their skills, location, talents etc. that can be used to match them to jobs and employers search queries. The website requires that JOBSEEKERS will have ability to pay for premium service via credit card or other methods (bank transfer etc..) but not via Paypal. The website also requires a function that will allow the profiles of premium users to appear top of list upon search by EMPLOYERS, as well as other premium service options to be determined at a later date. Overall DESIGN Scheme: Overall design will be clean and simple. Administration/backend: I also require a very simple backend/database that will allow the administrator (login) to post jobs for employers, edit jobs posted by employers, delete users, add/remove banners etc. This is an opportunity for a substantial amount of work, as well as ongoing site expansion and maintenance going forward. Additional Project Requirements: 1) The successful applicant MUST show previous work with building a job board with credit card integration or similar; 2) You are extremely talented in programming with the ability to take PSD's to HTML with a sharp eye for detail and professionalism.
