23215 install phpbb mod, custom phpb

A simple project for the right person: 1. I need to install a phpbb mod called "Registration Stopper" in my phpbb forum. This involves some modification of the php code in about 5 pages and a MySQL query to the DB. Instructions claim this should take about 5 minutes (see attached) but I wasn't able to get it to work - maybe you can. [login to view URL] modification has been done to phpbb forum and "stop registation" mod is working, I will also need customization of phpbb template or "skin" so that it more closely resembles the site it is linked to. Original site template (Joomla) is much too complex to use with phpbb so will need to find some creative way to carry over the look & feel - if nothing else, maybe just a modification of the CSS styles, background image, and replacement of the default "phpbb community" banner graphic with my own banner. Also should add some additional nvaigation (probably a horizontal menu) below banner with links to main site as well as standard phpbb links, eg, FAQ, memberlist, etc. An easy, fast project for the right person - let me know!
