Groupon / Daily deals website

This site must have all the functions of the deals (exactly like [login to view URL] ) . The development will be custom. Not bid if you use a script. I want from scratch the site. Payments will be done with paypal and bank and credit card from a company that give us a module API . I will give you the manual of the bank to read(it is not something difficult). I will accept your bid here if you make me a psd to see what will be the design. I will give milestone of 50%. If the site is not good looking then i will not accept your bid. The code will be writen in php without valid keys or 1 domain. After the completion of site and the completion of payment the site will be mine to put it in any domain i want. If you had previous project like this one provide me samples. After all need installation guide and documentation . Thanks
