A first small step on the website way

This is a very small start of a project that is a LOT bigger than this first small step - but a start must be made some where and we decided this is it. I regard this a a "ready project" - its nothing still cooking in the oven and all the details are available. If we agree and hit the "start" button, everything from our side in is place. We are a bit new on Freelancer (i just have some very small projects done this way before) but its my ambition to work a lot in this way and to be regarded as a good and serious employer. The skill-set for this first work is more focused on the design/web part than on the technical programming. If You make an offer I would appreciate that You indicated that you really have grasped the project and in what time frame You are ready to move on. (today, tomorrow, this week etc). This is our third attempt to get this project done. The first failed, probably partly because of inexperience from our side, and a little bad luck with the timing. The second attempt also failed – someone not so serious got some money in advance and the last I heard of him – and the project description from our side was not good and clear enough. So this is the third attempt, and I hope we have done the home-work and everything will run smooth. In short this projects is a small website with one root page, one logo-design (the current logo need some "enhancements) and 6 subpages. Also needed is a few illustrations and 4 graphical "boxes"- each box with its own little designed picture. Example of boxes: [login to view URL] - All the final texts and titles are in both Swedish and English, in short You will have both the English and Swedish version at hand. Work with the English and when the graphic part is done, swap it to Swedish. The English texts is there so You as a WEB-developer knows what the text is about and can choose/create a proper picture/illustration. - Its a dynamic website. The final texts will not be static, but dynamic. The texts are stored on a MYSQL server and You will have an account, url password and so on. You can work with the text localy, but in the end they will be on a separate MYSQL server, perhaps You have not worked liked like this before but that should be a small technical thing. - I also attach a PDF created from the Database, it contains all the texts. The same material is also available as a MYSQL dump, and of course on our server, we will provide a hostname, user and password. Why did we do it this way, You might wonder. The normal approach (i guess) would be to put all the text in something like MS-word and just mail it. Its for a lot of reasons, mainly because we are still working on the texts, and don't want to have them translated and mailed all over the world when ever something small in a text gets changed. The HTML should as much as possible be separated from the HTML and have its on pages, except of course for the ”glue” part that must be in the links and so on. No obfuscated code. The delivery must be so that someone with only HTML experience can open the source in Dream Viewer and change the layout, translate to Swedish and so on. All source-codes, logos, illustrations and such things shall be the property of Sunsale's unless something else is agreed and the final product shall be stored and run on a server of Sunsale's choice.
