233002 Directory Style Website

I have the basic set up of this website in mind, but I will need some one to add a professional touch and sleek attractive design. I have created a 2 templates of the website to show you the picture of what I want that is in my mind. The first one is at [login to view URL] The second at [login to view URL] is by no way a completed example, but gives you an idea of what I am trying to do. I have created lists in 9 different categories with more then 100+ sites per category with information pertaining to each site. I need these sites set up like in the models, 10 per page. I will need the user to be able to sort and organize these categories either by Page rank, alexa rating, or domain as well as in ascending and descending order. I am needing someone with superb design skills to create a site very similar to my template, but with a much more fluid and attractive style. In addition to this I will need a user back-end that allows me to view each category in a spreadsheet type format so that they can be edited and updated quickly. If possible I would also like a feature on the back-end that would allow me to input further entries and place them accordingly in the right place. For example: Cattegory: ooooooo Website: oooooooo Page Rank:oooooooooo Alexa Rating: oooooooo Domain Age: oooooo After inputing this data it will just upload directly to the site in the proper place. This back-end will need to allow me the ability to ad advertising to the site in particualr places with a variety of choices including: banners (different sizes), text ads, etc. The updated section located at the top most reflect the date each time the site is altered or changed. Preferably I would love a section where a user could submit their website in a category and it would automatically be checked for page rank, alexa rating, domain age and then placed accordingly into the directory. All sites submitted would then be placed into a section where my editors could check the accuracy of the sites placed to ensure proper category placement. Last of all I will need a logo that high quality and reflects the function of the website. If at all possible and it would drastically improve your chances if you would create an one page example working off the template I offered to show me what your idea and design is like. This way I know if your on the same page as me and your capabilities are what I am looking for.
