API setup to link website orders with 3rd party software

Hello, My company is in need of a professional website designer who is EXCELLENT in API programming & setting up. My website has an online store where visitors can calculate pricing and reserve limousine transportation online. Upon checkout, I want the reservation system to link with my reservation/dispatch software. I have all of the API files for the 3rd party software so I need help linking/designing/configuring my web form with the third party reservation software I use for bookings, not that I mentioned that I need help with configuring the web form also. The 3rd party software processes credit cards, so I want the checkout process to ask for the credit card info and use the API settings to process the credit cards through the 3rd party software, or at least bring over the credit card info into the reservation software. I want the most secure method by use of SSL or whatever other methods to ensure that customers' credit card information is protected. The following is all the information that needs to be obtained from customers booking online and copied over to a new reservation into the 3rd party software: Vehicle Selected Price Quoted Date & Time Of Pickup Customer's Name Customer's Phone # Customer's Email Address Customer's Pickup Address Drop Off Address/Destination Address Customer's Billing Address (option to make same as pickup address) Credit Card Name + Number + Expiration + CCV Please read carefully before bidding on this project.
