Access to Visual Basic Conversion

We are currently using ACCESS 2000 for our customer service repair and RMA system with multiple users. I would like to have all the current forms,queries,data and reports converted in to Visual Basic (Visual studio 2005 prefered) (No VB6). Please see the attached zip file for the access database this file is for bidding only. The current links for the database tables is c:\repair this will allow the program to function if you put in this directory. This file contains all the forms,reports queries,reports and real data to get things going.
