On-line data collection/aggregation/calculation system

We have a need for a system that will allows us to automatically pull in data from different sources aggregate it all together and then allow the end user to view or do analysis on that consolidated data. This must be web based html 5 with no download needed on any components. We will have data coming in from many hospitals so we need the ability to segment the data based on location and also different hospitals will have different names for columns of data so we need a way to do mapping so that we can map different columns from different hospitals into a common column name We want to replicate a site that already existing now in almost an exact way because we like the way it works but will need to add some components to it. Please include everything that site has now below the main green tabs. Including all colored tabs export more view etc... and items above those colorized tabs such as view type search etc.. [login to view URL] There will need to be 3 components to this project 1) a method of getting data into the system through an ftp site setup for each hospital, or drag and drop upload directly into the application 2) a method to view the data exactly how the example site is setup now with it's buttons fro "manage. more views, filters etc..." and a way to essentially do pivot tables type of drag and drop analysis but in a pure web environment 3) A way to setup different types of users. Example a) local hospital user, b) local hospital admin user c) multi hospital user d) overall system adminstrator etc... Would prefer this build in .NET using SQL web edition but I'm open to other suggestions if you already have something similar to show me
