Used Cars Data PHP Form

I have a client who requires the following integrated into his forthcoming used car sales website: A PHP Form (or equivalent) where my client Enters Car Title (ie Make/Model)... Description of car...... Checkboxes of car extras like; Airbag, Electric Windows etc etc where my client can select options for that particular car.... Finally the upload of pictures of that car... Once this has been done and submitted the details entered go into a Table Page..which is dislayed on the website in a Table Row.. like ebay for example.. Each car entry should be easy to delete once that car entry is sold. This PHP Form is used for every entry my client makes when a new car arrives in stock. Project start date from April 12th 2010.
