CS-Cart Customization

I have a website based on a slightly modified cs-cart 2.0.6. I am looking for someone to make the following customization for me: 1. In the admin console, under order details page, add a confirm shipment section which would allow admin to enter carrier, service, tracking number and shipping date. Pre-configured carriers are listed in a dropdown box and user can only select 1 of the provide carrier. Each order can have one or many shipments. The shipment information will included in the email notification to the customer as well as on the order details page (only visible to admins) 2. Write a customized testimonial mod (should not be based on the built-in testimonial code) - users are allowed to submit testimonials - admin can edit, approve/deny submitted testimonials - a testimonial block needs to be added to the right navigation bar which randomly displays 1 testimonial. 3. Write a article manager mod which will allow admin to publish articles. - it needs to have a admin interface to add/publish articles. Admin needs to be able to modify HTML meta info(keywords, description). - articles should be grouped into different categories - add a block on to left navigation bar with links to all article categories - article URL needs to be SEO friendly 4. Capture order status change history. Status history needs to be displayed on order status page as well as order detail page
