We need an online scheduling application that allows customers to schedule, cancel and reschedule appointments online The app needs following basic features: 1. The ability to create unlimited locations each with its own schedule/calendar and appointment types/availability 2. Multiple users with access levels 3. Multiple appointment types with the ability to have different availability for each type. 4. Granular availability 5. Ability to easily integrate into an existing webpage 6. Capture user information (database) and the ability to customize what information is captured. 7. Email alerts to customers and users when appointments are scheduled or changed 8. Administrative interface 9. Web-based 10. iCal/Excel reports 11. Customization of layout/look 12. admin client list with contact information 13. Optional online payment We would also like in the future to be able to capture groupon/living social redemption codes to be able to track this as users schedule appointments

Ability to easily integrate into an existing webpage - independent site 6. Capture user information (database) and the ability to customize what information is captured. 7. Email alerts to customers and users when appointments are scheduled or changed 8. Administrative interface 9. Web-based 10. iCal/Excel reports (iCal not included in this version) 11. Customization of layout/look - one theme only in this version, 12. admin client list with contact information 13. Optional online payment - not included in this version. I offer also possibility to develope this application and its functionality.
