Need someone to work on our website along with our team

Hi All We are searching for someone who can work with our team for improvising a real estate website with suggestions, taking some work load and working as part of team. Since we are at inception stage we need someone to work on a fixed set of requirement at initial stage and then we can take forward from there based on our comfort level. This website involves usage of Google maps API usage, strong php skills and keen eye for detail. Please bid only if you can communicate regularly over PMB as it involves team work and regular communication. We will share the requirements before awarding the project and our budget for this is $200 for the first phase of requirement and we can mutually decide what can be covered in it. We would like to work on this soon so please share our portfolios.
