I need a facebook application

I need this facebook app to promote on of my website. So the text is? "Want to know who is talking about you on facebook?" I will need a likegate then as the user accept the application then the system get 3friend from user friendlist (random). The the system must to post automaticly the result to the user facebook wall with the 3 random friends. Design must be very nice, design at likegate and result. I have 3 different fan club so i need this app to install for 3 club (different languages). I know this application required ssl domain I can assure that.
