Laptospot is a professional company specialized in laptop refurbishment and laptop repairs. We want our laptop repair service to expand. Therefore we need a system on our website . For our customers we need a system where they can report a service request for a laptop, this system needs to have a full backend, also supporting resellers. Customers need to get the ability to track their service request When the customer has a service request to us via our website, they need to get a confirmation email. There needs to be a link in the email to confirm the repair. When they have confirmed, the customer needs to have the option (email preferred) to download their service request in combination with a shipping label (label via API with our carrier, needs also to be build, API documentation is available). This all needs to be (the service request note + the shipping label) in a printable PDF. Our system is based on Oscommerce 2.3.3. We need to have the option for the resellers to implement in their own system (our backend, with a reseller portal where they can follow their customer repairs).
