NO Coding (Only Verify my CODE from freelancer is correct & up to date)

Hi There, I got my website developed from a freelancer, and now she does not want to work. So I got the code from her after making full payment, however i am unable to verify if the code is indeed correct, workable and up to date. Some of the important things used in the site are a) API - Google Apps API, ITUNE API, google books API, Instagram API b) Mail Distribution - Mailgun c) Payment Gateway - Paypal d) Google Analytics f) Email Address Database g) Twitter Auto Tweet Integration h) Server - Amazon AWS S2, RDS. i) Others, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Signup etc. j) Other few more website is updated everyday by developer using PUTTY (linked to Amazon Web Server) What is required here. ALL I need from you is to go step by step and to CONFIRM that each of the important things used in the website is indeed included in this code (I will send the screenshot but won't send the actual code).
