Web based console for managing Hyper-V in Windows 2012 Server

We would like to have a simple web based administration console developed for managing Hyper-V in Windows Server 2012. Most, if not all of the following features can be accomplished by simply interfacing with the Windows system using Powershell (for example: <[login to view URL]>) This is not intended to replace the Hyper-V manager in Windows Server 2012; it is simply an additional web based console to facilitate management. Required features: -View multiple Hyper-V hosts including those in a cluster -Performance and available resources of those hosts (RAM, CPU, disk space) -Performance and available resources of the virtual machines (at least the Windows ones) -Perform an unplanned failover of a virtual machine -View the replication status of a virtual machine -Migrate a virtual machine between hosts -Stop, start, pause a virtual machine -Email and SMS (we will provide the API) alert if a critical machine goes offline (the critical flag should be able to be set by the user for each VM). Please specify the technologies you will use to accomplish this including if an agent will need to be installed on the Hyper-V hosts and/or the individual virtual machines. We would prefer all communication between the hosts and the administration console to use SSL This project should not be too complicated for a skilled coder. But obviously significant knowledge of Hyper-V and Powershell is required. Please place your bids ASAP. Project is scheduled to start rapidly.
