web base accounting

I want a simple online accounting system. It would be targeted for indivisuals and sole proprietorships. they would setup accounts for themself to keep track of expenses and income thoughout the year. The main objective would be to prepare for taxes at the end of the year. it would be like an on line shoebox to keep all of thier records. all accounts would be secure and private between them and thier accountants. there should be reports functions, charts, and graphs to help manage thier small business. This will be a pay site so function to offer different features base on packages need to be included. there needs to be admin controls for the site so that I can manage users, Accountants and packages. some sites that I like that offer some variation of this is: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (this one is the most like what I want to do) [login to view URL] ( very good one) [login to view URL] (very good) One of the key features that I want is to have is unlimited users and unlimited accountant roles and then an admin role. the Accountant would setup a virtual office within the system then could open user accounts that they would oversee the bookkeeping functions for thier users. there should be a way to share information between user and accountant like a file upload. the accountant should be able to publish finanical reports to the client(user) If a user did not have an accountant then it would be a house account. with fees base on package selection. and our in house accountant would work with them if needed. The user for the most part would be self contained. The site accounting features need to be strong enough to handle 90% of the users needs without support. (free mode) this needs to be a complete web base system. and include site design. a simple one. once completed, I will need ongoing support.
