Urgent! - Twitter API based scripts code needed

We need a script or more precisely codes in php using Twitter API for some independent functions. Details of the needed working script below: 1. A php script that will connect to twitter using a twitter account username and password. These login details will be hardcoded in the script. So you need to provide a script where a variable is holding these value and can also connect to the twitter account to update it with new tweets each time the script is ran. So, each time I run the script, the script must query Twitter Search and look for tweets containing a particular hashtag or keywords. I need to be able to change the keyword searched in the code of the script itself if ever I need to do it in the future. Eg if my keyword is Love, the keyword must be hardcoded in the script itself and each time is it ran, the script must query Twitter search, and take the X number of latest tweets containing the word. X is a variable number which I must be able to choose in the code. Eg I may wish the script to choose the last 6 tweets containing the word LOVE. Now once this is done the script must also Retweet the 6 tweets it found in the format "RT @theoriginalpersonwhotweetedit the message" - So if I choose 6 tweets, it must RT the 6 latest results. The script will run on a cron job each half an hour. So only cater for the full working of the script using the best resource allocation. BUDGET and Condition 1. This work must be a one hour work or less for any good programmer. My budget for it is $10 - This is the first part. I in fact need 4 other functions to be created which will pay at $10 to $15 onward. But for now I am only posting one and the person who can do this successfully will also get the upcoming jobs. 3.
