On-line artwork designing tool for CD label and packaging

We want an on-line tool where our customers would be able to create the design of their CD label on-line on our website and submit it to us for production. This tool should be easy to use for novice users where they can easily and intuitively select some pre-designed templates and labels to create their own. This should also be in place for the artwork for the CD packaging. But also for the demanding customer, this should be a feature-rich tool which meets all the requirements for the professional designer to create a tailor made design. Example website <[login to view URL]> which give a slight idea, but not quite. CD label designing is more demanding (fading effects, shadows) than t-shirt prints. I have attached some CD label and packaging templates for your reference. These are the kinds of thing our customer would want to design. The customer would be able to upload his image and the tool should lead him through the designing process.
