walk up call scripts

Hi, A program to take orders from a site subcripers on line with the times they need to walk up in or to be reminded with important meetings , then dial the phone numbers they want to receive the walking calls in. Also the how many times they want to receive the walking up call. should work with different time zones and countries timming. Te site also should be integrated with 2 checkout gateway to charge a monthly fee for the service. I am not sure how this would work, so please feel free to contact me with your ideas.
