306207 Need Interactive Online Test

I need a online test to be created. Step one - student will create profile where they make a username and password. step two - they will pay for the test via paypal that will bring them to the login page once they have paid for the test. step three - they will login to the test step four - the test will start and will keep them on the page for a specified time (lets say 5 minutes) so they can not continue until the 5 minutes has passed. Once 5 minutes has passed they continue button will highlight allowing them to click continue to the next section. This process will duplicate itself for multiple pages. Step five - they will come to a test that they must complete in order to continue. Once they complete the test and click continue the next page will show them the results of there test. step 6 - they will be emailed the results and/or certificate for completing their test. Information must beable to be stored in database which admin can log in and see how many people regitered, took test and test scores and results. Student must beable to have reset password sent to them via email in case they forgot their password. Project must be delivered in agreed timeframe if not completed in specified time frame in project all escrow fees and project fees will be refunded.
