Wordpress Modification and Content Update

We have a website known as [login to view URL] The website is wordpress and we want some modification of the website, which are 1. The small images in the home page not centered and cut. Please re-size or crop them that they are shown fully instead of being cut. 2. When you click on Keep reading in the homepage the color on the right side should be blue as in the homepage boxes. 3. Change the small logos of mission and vision and our strategic partners on the right hand side of the main menu under About Us. 4. Please format the Office page, some of the address are in bold instead we want the office name and person name to be bold and not the entire address. 5. When you fill in the contact us form and click submit it displays a message "Thanks for contacting Umbrella !!". The message should be "Thanks for contacting The One Group International. One our representative will contact you soon." 6. Please increase the size of the logo on the header so it should be prominent. 7. Please inform us how can we change the URL of facebook and twitter in the homepage under followup. 8. when you click on the keep reading pages in the homepage, the background is dark grey, please change the background to white and text black in color. 9. Please create a break in paragraphs as the gap in the paragraphs is not enough. 10. Please remove the Who we are in the About Us in the menu. 11. Please change the Our Team in the menu to Who We Are. 12. We want to create a news room that should connect to facebook and Twitter so when someone updates the newsroom it should automatically updates the facebook and Twitter. 13. Sometimes the websites give an error "Error establishing a database connection", please find out what seems to be the problem 14. The Real Estates & Construction tab, please the spelling error and change it to Real Estate & Construction without 'S' in the homepage 15. In the keep reading section of The Real Estates & Construction, place a heading called Project and place the 3 images attached. Please attach a lightbox jquery plugin when someone click on the image it zooms out and enlarge. Content: 1. In the Corporate and Networking Events, please place the attached image, but make it is properly placed and resized. 2. For Strategic Partners, please place a logo first and underneath place the URL of the company. The logos can be found on the URL of the website. please place the content attached. 3. For What we do, please place the content attached. 4. The Real Estates & Construction tab, please the spelling error and change it to Real Estates & Construction in the homepage 5. Kindly put up my profile picture on who we are page, we have pictures with names and designations shown in the image and once anyone clicks on them, the details of that person open up in the form lightbox.
