210216 Video Tube Type Site

Hi, We need a youtube, redtube type video script. The script must have mouse over preview, like redtube.com. We do not want this site to be an adult site, we just want the features contained in the scripts we mentioned. We do not want a generic version of youtube clones. We do want the features, of the new youtube script. Example of some features we would like: 1. Mouse over preview. 2. Video record feature. 3. Video chat. 4. Most watched top 10 video's. 5. Voting system to count views, of video popularity. 6. A few other features that we can discuss on our PMB. 7. Mod-rewrite added if possible. (mod-rewrite must have anchor keyword extentions and be secure) 8. It has to have rating system, comments, contest similiar to www.dopetracks.com. 9. We will need a video commercial prelude.... We would like this script installed and working on our vps hosting account, bug free, and secure. We also want all copyrights to the script. We will require you to sign a written agreement prohibiting you from reselling our completed script. We also would like to keep your info on record, for future maintenance and module upgrades.
