php application corrections

Hi guys, Application is for booking. It is mostly developed. The main problem is some searches and overviews which are done very bad. The main overview when looking what is already booked and what is free must be tables, for a whole month. Also filters for searching are set too detailed. The application has 3 sections. 1st is kayak, 2nd are ships, and 3rd are Tours. That part is made good, booking works fine.. But when I want to see what is booked and what is free, I must enter all details. If I want to see a ship, I have to input which ship and that is good. But also I need to set specific date, and specific tour, as there are few types of tour for ship. I need only to select a ship, there is 5 of them, and then see whole month view for it. Application should take current month automatically and if needed I can manually select different month. So it is mostly about select from database, and creating and filling in tables. It should be done for all 3 groups. There is also simple search form, should be changed. Date form is y-m-d, and we use d.m.y. So it is not problem in displaying dashes instead of dots, but when I want to search for specific date I automatically type in dots. So it should search date anyway. Also it should popup error (java alert) that date is not full if I type only day and month, or it should autoselect current year. The last part which is also done pretty good is about creating reservations and then confirming it. There are 3 user groups. And only administrator can confirm reservations and only admin can after confirmation edit or deleted them. Problem is in admin panel when I want to create new reservation then application switches me into the reservation panel, which is middle of 3 user groups, and then I have to logout and login back as an admin so I can continue working with admin panel. I should stay in admin mode. There are attached two tables, how it was done, when it was all manual. It is not important that it is all same as in the attached docs, they are just to make closer picture what kind of reports are needed. Also there are all ships in 1 table, and as i wrote up, every ship should be displayed separately. Good luck!
