Magento - Set up multiple stores on 2 domains.

I have a Magento store on one domain and server, let's call it ([login to view URL]) I need products added to it from another website/server ([login to view URL]), also there are currently some products already in the first store ([login to view URL]). There is a second store already created on the Magento installation ([login to view URL]). I need some products copied from one store ([login to view URL]) to the other ([login to view URL]), then I need the other store ([login to view URL])to get a brand new theme. I will specify the site you need to copy the theme from. Once you have all the products in the correct store ([login to view URL] database), and the secondary store ([login to view URL]) is themed to match this other website, I will need the URL from the second website ([login to view URL]) to show the store some how. Let me explain: [login to view URL] - Magento Installed and one store shows here, but two stores exist within magento. [login to view URL] - Drupal installed, but magento is installed in a sub directory. [login to view URL] As long as all the products can be seen, and purchased on [login to view URL] while the actual store and order processing is all hosted on [login to view URL] it will work. I have hired someone to do this recently and they said Magento can not reside on two separate servers, so I said, ok, Install magento at [login to view URL] and import the database from ([login to view URL]) then just add new products. They still had errors and were hard to communicate with me because they were on a 13 hour time difference. I need someone who can work on US hours on this. I need this done fast.
