My website does not work any more. Need to get it working.

My (small search engine) website does not work any more (it did work well in the past, last yr). The site runs OK but the (searchfeed affiliate) search function fails and gives error messages. It's very likely a PHP, MySCL or setup problem, perhaps cuased when I switched servers at about the same time it failed? It's running on a colocated dedicated Red Hat Linux Server using Direct Admin Control Panel and WS-FTP access. Can some please help get it working? Can't afford to pay much as the site is not very profitable and gets low traffic anyway.
