Newsletter Template and PHP Script

We are planning to send out a newsletter to university students in our region for announcing open positions in our company. We need someone to design a newsletter template for listing the open positions. Following details are necessary for each job. - Short description of job - Skills required (4-5 bullet points) - Languages (upto 3 bullet points) - Type of employment & salary range (full-time, part-time, remote/teleworking, hourly/consulting) - Employer data should be quite visible (number of people, type of company, annual revenue). - Deadline for application ("Apply Before") A small and visible form should be provided where students are be able to upload a CV/resume/application-letter in Zip format, not more than 2MB. This CV is immediately emailed to a particular email address (could be more than 1 address). Email contains Job-ID, Name of Applicant. Please feel free to ask questions about the above if any point is not clear. Please send samples. Thank you for your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
