Fix issues and remove Mootools in a J3.0 component

I have earlier made the Joomla component JONGman reservation/booking system compatible with Joomla 3 and also made further development on the component. Information on the original component is located here [login to view URL] You will not work on the original component but on my custom development! The modifications must be done in a professional way. For example you must use the Joomla API:s, CSS-styling, language file usage and so on. On final delivery you will provide me with an installable zip-file containing the entire component. You have to be available on Skype and Freelancer central European time and give daily progress reports. Fluency in English is also a requirement. Upon awarding the project (or upon request) I'll send the customized Jongman component you will develop further. This is what I need fixed: 1. No conflicting reservations (front end reservations): In my previous customization a check for conflicting reservation was added in front end. For some reason that check doesn’t work any longer and needs to be fixed. Today a user can make conflicting reservations. If for example the time slot 12.00-13.00 is reserved, another user can make a conflicting reservation 11.00-14.00 the same day (overlapping the same time). It is also possible to make a conflicting reservation when updating an existing reservation. 2. It should be possible to delete a resource (back end): The administration of resources is done in back end. Now it is not possible to delete a created resource for some reason. 3. Remove dependency to Mootools (entire component): I want to remove the dependency to Mootools and instead use JQuery. The component uses Mootools in the reservation form (front end).The reservation form in front end must be compatible with Windows, Mac, iPhone/iPad and Android devices.
