Website for User Generated Link/Text Submissions and Voting on Content

We are looking for someone to create a website, probably in PHP/mySQL/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, which will support user generated content around a certain theme. We will take full legal ownership of the site. The site must have categories for videos, photos, music, games, and miscellaneous, as well as opportunities for users to write and submit text, and a page where users can easily post content into the videos/photos/music/games/miscellaneous categories. Users should be able to create accounts. Users should be able to vote on content with a slider and browse by top ranked, etc within categories. Content should be embedded as much as possible. Posting links should be fast and easy and should have some kind of automatic title and preview image generation like facebook does. The site must be very simple to understand and easy to use. Winning bidder to work with me until I am satisfied with the website and instruct me on how to manage content, modify things, and change around colors and fonts. Would prefer to have someone who would be willing to stay in touch and make changes (for more pay) in a few months, but this is not necessarily required. Please let me know if you are up for the job, what your timeframe is, and if you need to know more. ## Deliverables -------More specific details of what we are looking for are below.------- Viewers will submit videos/photos/music/games/misc by way of links, somewhat similar to digg. Links of all kinds should be viewed and interacted with very similarly to the way they are on facebook. Users should be able to view as much content as possible (videos, photos, music) in an embedded fashion so that they do not have to leave the site. They will also be able to click on the links and visit the native pages in a new tab if they choose. Music will be comprised of links that people submit, usually from youtube or grooveshark, and should be embedded. (See this for possible help with grooveshark [login to view URL]). Games should have the name of the game and some kind of picture of what it is along with a link, and maybe other helpful information. Content should be browsed in lists and then open individually in new, unique pages where people can vote on the content and make their own comments, view comments from others, and reply to comments from others. For example, similarly to the way it is done on youtube. There should be a simple and fast way for any registered users to post content to the site under any of the categories. Ideally, the site will automatically come up with a title and picture for content, exactly what facebook does. A user should be able to click upload on the main bar on the top, then select category, then drop a link, and then add tags (how it is done on pornhub). There should also be a link to upload content when you are already within each of the categories browsing existing content. The site aso needs to allow for voting on all the content (by both account holders and guests) and sorting of content by rating (for the day, week, month, year) within each section (videos, pictures, music, etc) and overall. I would like for the voting UI to be a slider bar that changes colors based on where it is from 0-100. Users should be able to comment on all the content. Also, people should be able to respond to other people's comments with indented comments in a different colored text box. The site must support creation and management of user accounts that will keep track of users' username, password (encrypted), email address, and IP address. It must be simple to understand and easy to use. The organizational structure should be very similar to pornhub, and also kind of similar to digg and reddit. The user generated text will be similar to fmylife. I also need a way to login as the administrator and take down or modify content. There should be room for banner ads to be incorporated on the right hand side and later on, along the top.
