Hi there, I am looking for a clone of www.sgcarmart.com. Although the site is for cars, i need it for houses. Hence, properties of item on sales or rent should be editable and customers should have the option to pay by paypal. It shuoldn't be too difficult for you since it is a small project... unless i am wrong of course. If possible, i would like you to include the following criteria: 1. Anyone who want to sell/rent their house can upload the details and photos, pay through bank transfer or paypal and wait for approval. 2. After we have screen through the details and make sure the payment is through, we will approve it and the sale/rent will be online. 3. Customers must register before they post so that they can edit anytime they wish to change any details. So far, these are the criteria. Do let me know if there is any further enquiries.
