Family Tree Web Form/Calculator Script

I'm looking to have a JavaScript/AJAX website form utility created that will calculate 'percentage' results based on the user's inputted ancestry information.? ## Deliverables JavaScript/AJAX, HTML/CSS I'm looking to have a JavaScript/AJAX website form utility created that will calculate 'percentage' results based on the user's inputted ancestry information. The form/page would consist of a series of blank text fields in a tree (six columns of blank fields from left to right -- 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32). These fields, while blank, would have countries of the world and their demonyms (ie Russia/Russian, Switzerland/Swiss) preloaded as auto-complete selections in the background (similar to Google Suggest), but the values can be overwritten by whatever the user enters. Country/demonym/flag file content should be editable (just an accessible file to edit, not a GUI) to account for additions, etc. A value from a field should have to ability to be copied to the right branch(es) with one click. For example if you fill in a grandparent's field as 'Japanese', an option arrow to 'fill right' would act as a shortcut to fill the remaining fields to the right. When a field value is entered, it would compare against the country list and display the associated flag graphic for recognized values (none for unknown). 'Show Flags' should be a global toggle option as well. In the first column the user could enter their current nationality. Columns labelled: Individual, Parents, Grandparents, Great-Grandparents, GG Grandparents and GGG Grandparents. The default display would be the 6 column one maxed out at 32 fields, but there should be an option to reset the entire page layout to accommodate trees for values of 64 and 128. The default tree would be width ~660px by ~480 height. Tree 64/128 views would obviously be significantly vertically longer with the individual field width being smaller. Standard (largest) Field size perhaps 90x15 (we'll see how it's laid out). Flag size graphics expected to be approx 22x15 (Wikipedia style images). With all relevant info added, there will be a [Calculate] button that produces an overlay displaying (example): You are [Nationality].
