Display XML file dynamically with Javascript

Need to display an XML file on the web page using SELECT tags. This should be similar to the tree hierarchies that are commonly used to display XML files, only this should dynamically change which select box is chosen based on which node in the XML file is currently selected. I have setup a table template that these select boxes should fit into. There is essentially 4 depths to this XML file: the source, the category, the profiler, and the response. Only categories that are a child of the selected source node should be displayed, and same with the profiler and response. Lastly, the response column may not necessarily be a response box. Depending on the TYPE tag, it may need to be a text field. Valid types are multi-select (multiple select box), single-select (drop down box), date (open text box), and numeric (open text box). This must be loaded and done completely with JS and must run on both Firefox 2.0 and IE 7.0. Winning coder will have a full library of Prototype JS library at his or her disposable so please feel free to use them - in fart it is a plus if you do. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
