Convert small Pocket PC Application (.cab) file to Java and/or Symbian application

We currently have a small application that runs on a Windows Mobile 2003 Pocket PC or Windows Smartphone Mobile Phone platform that allows us to connect to our office DVR system via GPRS/3G etc allowing us to see the office in real-time from our phones. (Speed depending on connection speed) Currently we can access the DVR from our windows based Smartphone using the .cab file but want to be able to access it from any java based non windows mobile or Symbian based mobile (<[login to view URL]>) The current size of the windows .cab file is 22kb so would like to keep the Java & Symbian file size as small as possible. The Smartphone application is very simple and comes in 2 screens: 1. Login Screen 1. http:// - URL to the DVR camera system 2. ID - Username 3. PWD - User Password with remember password tick box 4. CCID ??" Camera number you want to view 2. Viewing Screen Once you enter all the details above it will connect you to the camera system and the only option you have there is an exit button that will bring you back to the login screen above. We are looking for something much the same as the windows version above but as a java and Symbian application no thrills or fancy bits for now we just need it to be able to connect to the camera system and display. Not sure if they use the same jpg format but you can have a look and see if you can get anything from them below.
