Sports handicapping website with backend

I need a new website designed from scratch and I need it up and running ASAP and I also need you to design the logo. The website is www.FredsPicks.com. he site will need a very professional and clean design and must be very seo friendly. The website is all about weekly sports betting lines and vegas odds and my analysis of those and my pick on which games to bet on. The site will need to dynamic and allow me to easily pot content and manage a newsletter and mailing list. The site will NOT require users to signup but it will need an administrator section where I can post content. I do not need custom programming, I am completely fine using existing coding as long as the design of the site does not look generic and looks like it is a professionally created site. The homepage will feature a couple of main pieces of content. At the top of the main content area will be a quick introduction of what my website is about. I will provide that content. Then below will be the main content of the homepage. It will have the 5 most recent articles that I have published and at the bottom of the main content area will be a link to see all of the articles. I should be able to post these articles form the admin area. The articles should have the title of the article, the date it was posted, and then the article itself, a very basic article publishing system. On the homepage there will be a section in a box that has an RSS feed with the most recent NFL odds, an RSS feed with NCAAF odds, a box with NHL odds, and a box with MLB odds. All of these RSS feeds will be provided for you so that those odds continue to update automatically based on the RSS feed. I will also need a section for my featured tutorial. This will be a little snippet of one of the tutorial articles I have posted to the site with a link to the tutorials page. Then there will be a section that says "Learn where to signup to bet on sports in a completely safe and secure website that is 100% legal". At the top in the main navigation will be the following links Fred's Weekly Picks Previous Weeks Picks Sport's Betting Tutorials FAQ Mailing List Where To Bet Here is a break down of what should be on each page Fred's Weekly Picks This will be a page that I can update with all of the bets that I am placing this week. Previous Weeks Picks This page will be an archive of all of my previous weeks picks where I can update the outcome (win or lose) of all of the picks that I made. They should be categorized in order of most recent to oldest and this page should keep updating automatically as I add new picks. Sports Betting Tutorials This page will list all of the tutorial articles that I have posted. These articles are NOT the same articles that I have posted on teh homepage. The homepage articles are articles I post about which picks and bets I am making. The Tutorial articles will be articles I post about HOW to bet on sports. The should be in a list with the title of the article, the date that I posted the article, and then the first paragraph of content in the article with a link to the full article. FAQ this will be a static page with the most frequently asked questions about my website and about sports betting. I will provide the content to be entered into this page Mailing List This will be a page where people can signup for the mailing list. There should be advertisements for people to signup for the mailing list throughout all pages of the site. To signup all a person needs to enter is their first name, last name, and email address. Where To Bet This will be a page where I tell people about where they can go to signup for websites so they can bet online on sports. The site will have an advertisement for [login to view URL] and will showcase a PROMO CODE that allows them to get a bonus when signing up at the BOVADA website. It will also let me talk about how its safe and easy to sign up and how much I like the website and how much I recommend it.
