3 wesites needed

i need 3 websites 1) first i need a job-finder websites, which means a site that people can post jobs, or seek for new jobs (advertissements will be deleted after 15 days automatically). Admin area needed (cms) 2) Secondly, i need a find real estate website, similar to the previous one, but users here sends house advertissemnts and seek for houses. Admin area needed (cms) 3) Finally i need a date site. Classic date site, boys seek for girls and vice versa. Admin area needed (cms) I want all the code to be with full comments (as many as possible), after-sale support I want the UI to be innovative and fresh! Also i need all the graphics and LOGO design for each of the websites (i will provide you the exactly domain names). I want no premade websites or turnkeys. I want them to be unique. As you can understand the first and the second one website are quiet similar, so little work needed to deploy the second one I want them to be ready the soonest possible. For all the 3 websites, bids around 90$ (all the above included) are seriously considered.
