Simple Site Mockup, PHP skills a must. Dreamweaver Coder gets Bonus!!+200

I have a good rating. Atleast 3 projects with excellent ratings. [login to view URL] Looking for a PHP&MySQL coder. If the coder is proficient in Dreamweaver and can build the site in Dreamweaver, bonus possible. What I need is a mockup of martec(DOT)ie, and all components that the site contains, including admin updatable flash banner (text & images per page) and Admin backend. The mockup must be simular but not the same. I do like the colors, but want the feel of a totally different site and theme. We like the right nav, and the flash element. These are some things to work from.
