68910 Clone- Matrix program needed!

I am looking for a clone of the sites [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The site will be a straight-line matrix site program. Users must be able to sign-up free. I would like to incorporate stormpay as the payment processor and user's can fund their accounts prior to the launch of a line. We will have 4 lines in all and each line will have 4 values. Each line must be able to be enabled when we choose. You can join the other sites listed above free of charge to get an idea on how it works. As a extra feature that the sites to be cloned do not have, I would like a way to delete a share purchased and the line would be automatically updates. For example, if a person wishes to receive a refund I can do this and the line will update. Or if the lines stalls, I can refund all shares purchased to their account and relaunch a line. I also would like graphics that make you say "WOW" ! Need ASAP, thanks!
