web based auction module needed

I need a web based auction module that I can plug into my web site so that I can run a fantasy baseball draft in an auction style. I would need a way for users to register on the site (a maximum of 20 different users / team owners), and each user would initially have a total of $260 of "draft money" to spend in their account. Once the auction begins, each registered user will get a chance to take turns nominating a player to be drafted. Once that player has been nominated, the auction for that player will last for two minutes, in an Ebay type auction. At the end of the auction, the registered user (team owner) would have the amount of the winning bid deducted from his account. This process would continue until all registered users / team owners have bid on, and won, a total of 26 players. Each owner would have to be listed on the site, with the players in which they won beneath their name, and no player may be "won" more than once. All owners can bid up to the amount in their account, less a total of $1 for each empty spot on their team so that a total of 26 spots are filled at the end. For example, if I have no players on my team, I can spend up to $235 for a player, allowing me to spend $1 on the remaining 25 spots on my roster. Bidding must be done in $1 increments. I would think this could be easily done by modifying an existing auction module that you may have. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Environment to be deployed is php / MySql on a Linux server (Apache).
