Simple CMS Website

Web Design and Development Project This project requires development of a simple Dot Net Nuke/ or any CMS of your choice based website based on a template that I will provide you. I am looking for a long term web developer or company that exercises in creating easy maintenance websites. Since I have at least 2 more CMS projects which I want to be implemented. Requirements: Basic CMS driven website where I will be able to add, edit or delete pages. Add news items and short intro of which will appear on homepage. Add news, events, announcements, new products along with descriptions and images, details of contact us forms etc. Ability to add them on various pages. What I will provide: - Complete design layout - Content - keywords for SEO - web server info - and info on all the other pages (about us, contact us ,etc) - all images and flash animations. What I am expecting as the final product: - Basic CMS driven website where I will be able to add, edit or delete pages. Add news items and short intro of which will appear on homepage. Add news, events, announcements, new products along with descriptions and images, details of contact us forms etc. Time to deliver within 15 to 20 days. No generic bids please. A website or two for reference is appreciated. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform CMS Open to suggestions
