PHP developer with Joomla

We are looking for good php coder full time who will work on joomla and other open source projects. We are based on NY and we been in business for last 6 years. We have 15 overseas employees who are working for us. Requirements: - Good written and spoken English communication skills - Ability to be online 9 am - 5 pm (any time zone) on ICQ or another messenger - 3 years minimum web development experience (php, mysql, javascript, unix-shell) - 3 years minimum web design experience (html, css) - 6 months mambo/joomla expereince(this is not required) Please send us your 3 best application with access to see what you did. If you are representing any web development firm overseas please let us know all details and specific person you are bidding for. I do not like to know what you company can do but what is that person can do. we are looking for 300-350/month ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
