Need a Joomla real estate website

I need a website built on Joomla CMS, the website will be used as a real estate leasing portal. I need the following configurations to be done: 1- Implementing com-property real estate component from [login to view URL] and then make some configurations. 2- A contact form for property seekers so they can write the details that they want and then send it to me via e-mail. 3- A "multi" contact form where there will be several options that will change the outline in several steps, as an example. First you have to choose witch kind of services that you want us to help you with, lets say you need to move you furniture in you office, so you choose "moving" and then several option specific for moving would be displayed etc etc. And then it would be sent to me via e-mail. 4- A place where I can list all the companies that have placed an ad where the visitor can read more about the property company and the staff. 5- I need a good design. 6- And a way to place advertisement on my Joomla website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
