Finish Upload project

I need an upload project finished. It is about 80% complete. I paid someone a deposit to get this done and he disappeared. Below is what the projected output should look like when a tour is uploaded although it doesn’t have to look as elegant. It does have to have everything except the full screen tour. I have Google maps registered on my site already so we can just use those. <[login to view URL]> All I want to do is fill in property address, agent info, add the tour provider logo, browse for my images and tour files & then select upload. Below is my website. You can look at any listing and notice I do have tours on each one. I want to create my own system for uploading so I don’t have to pay fees to third party hosting companies. [[login to view URL]][1] Like I said the project has been started and I can give you the admin login and password to see the project thus far. The project will start again on April 27th as that's when I can afford to throw more money at this. Payment will be made through Rent A Coder. This is non-negotiable as I already got burned once. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MYSql - Can give control panel access.
