customized CRM tool

We are interested in a CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management) to be used in the automotive industry. To get an idea of what the software need to do, please look at the video demo on the www dot imagiclab dot com website under showroom and internet tabs. Key features are: - Integration with our existing DMS database. - blackberry integration that allows our salesmen to respond by blackberry to the customer and the correspondence going to the history of the client file. - action plans that automate assigning a structured contact plan to a customer (e.g. after 1 hour, send email, next day send this email, 3 days later make phone call, etc.) - the emails in the action plan should be automatically send to the customers based on the action plan. - based on time, when a lead has not been answered within a certain time, an email needs to go to a manager letting him know. We do not mind you using SugarCRM or vTiger CRM, but it needs to be specifically designed for the automotive industry, and you need to be familiar with automotive DMS software and integration with this. At this time we are looking for someone that is capable of creating this and give us a rough estimate of what the cost would be to create this CRM tool. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform prefer PHP and SQL, but open to suggestions.
